Each tape comes with a unique special ancient scroll (more info below). This scroll opens the gate to a unique individual side quest. When each owner's quest is accomplished, a bigger quest is exposed. A quest that requires that all 20 of the owners are to form a party to conclude the main quest. Will all you "Quest Masters" be able to collaborate with each other to solve the riddle?
Finally the tape will be accompanied also by a small patch with the Reignheart logo on.

This is a Dungeon Synth album made out of utter respect to this amazing genre and its unique community. Music-wise it stays true to the genre's classical guidelines paying homage to milestones such as Old Sorcery, but still it has its own character with its pompous synths and brooding atmosphere.
As for the story... well The Eridian Chronicles date back in an obscure era carefully buried in world's history. It is something like the myth of the lost Atlantis, yet the once thriving Kingdom of Eridian where chivalry, science, art and philosophy excelled in an unimaginable extent, really did exist!
Archaeologists recently discovered the ancient ruins of the Velorian Tower, that once stood "As high as the stars" and was the epicentre of all written Eridian lore. A once huge library containing thousands of scripts, scrolls and parchments carrying a plethora of lore and wisdom that dated back to the first days of the creation.
There, in the murky and crepuscular dungeons, covered beneath tons of dirt and nightshade family flora a very small chest was unearthed. Upon its opening, tiny scrolls popped up still sealed with a weird wax seal bearing a strange sigil. The emblem of the undercover coven of King Eridan's loyal followers, who lived in secrecy for over 30 years, carrying the ancient knowledge of the then usurped Eridian from one generation to another.
Among these tremendously important findings (that explain in detail what had happened in the Eridian Kingdom meanwhile General Reignheart's armies begun their Long Marching home after defeating the minions of Naid Ire in the three-year Battle of Neverdom) twenty tiny scrolls (wrapped with a cheap jute string) that were found among other thing, remain a mystery till this day.
No one has yet managed to understand why there was nothing written in them, save only for a small cryptic haiku type of poem on the back, typed with black Helian ink (ink that was derived by a now extinct type of eel and was a common practice among the higher ranks of the Eridian clergy used for its unscathing properties).
The small verse is probably some kind of code that needs to be decoded in order to understand their hidden meaning, if there is one...). The verses go like this:
To see that which is unseen
Thou mustn't hath thine eyes unclean
Thence thou should know the Moon dost shine
Forlorn the Sun still lurks behind
Legend speaks of a hidden way to inscribe forbidden lore so as not to be read by those who brought violently King Eridan to his knees. The cryptic inscribing was called Phlegeron. Yet no one has any clue if those blank scrolls are indeed written in this secret type of writing or are just merely empty for no apparent reason.
Only twenty of you will be able to find out what "lurks behind"...

What a beautiful way to send off this amazing project. I love dungeontroll a lot and I am sad to see it go. However, this album being the end is as great of a closer there could be. Probably my favorite album in dungeontroll’s immense collection. Evergreen

My favorite out of the three I believe. The sound is more aggressive and fits the cover art of what looks like a perilous journey for the protagonist. Fits well at being the second in the trilogy of albums. Every song is good and the cassette tape and package is of good quality. A Great buy that deserves a vinyl edition. Joshua Laleina

A dreamy, beguiling, nostalgic dungeon synth quest through the shires. But, it's so much more than that. The LP incorporates some unique key changes, field recordings and a lot of Mort Garson style synth work. It sometimes reminds me of old 70's PG horror soundtracks. The record is addictive melancholy inspiration. The ideal music for accompanying the dawning morning of an epic adventure. brantly
